1. Delivery time for garments

Generally, outfits are available for delivery in the below mentioned times. For more accurate turnaround time info or priority order service please contact customer service.

Special Occasions and Bridal: 25 to 30 days
Evening and Party Wear: 12-15 days
Casual Wear: 12-15 days
Kurtis and tops: 12-15 days

These are only estimated time frames and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final delivery time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact customer service for more information on delivery time frame before placing your order.

2. Express shipping service

We use FedEx to ship to virtually any address in the world between 2 – 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse as per turnaround time mentioned in section 1 above except when there is a delay from the supplier. Exclusive cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.

3. Shipping Charges

These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on “the final review of your order” page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.

4. Customs/Duties/Taxes

When ordering goods from exclusiveinn.com/new for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from exclusiveinn.com/new, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

5. Returns Policy for Garments

Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website by email, phone or fax. We also have the make to measure form.exclusiveinn.com/new, will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we’ll offer you a free fix.

There is no refund for shipping and handling charges. Once delivered you have got 24 hours to inform us about the refund intention. Customer needs to send the parcel within 14 working days back to the given address through email. Once received we will take 7 working days to investigate the parcel and then the money will be refunded. Please note that we will not refund shipping and handling charges.

6. Exchange Policy

The exchange of the product would only be possible if there is a damage in the product issues. The Intent For An Exchange Should Be Conveyed To The Management In 2 Working Days From The Time Of The Delivery. For An Exchange A Buyer Has To Sent Back The Parcel On The Given Address By The Management In 14 Working Days. exclusiveinn.com/new will prepare the exchange products and will send it back to the given address. exclusiveinn.com/new will not be responsible to pay any delivery DELIVERY charges. This will be paid by the customer.

7. Listing and Descriptions

Exclusive makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Exclusive cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

8. Order Cancellation:

You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.

9. Amend Your Orders

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order.Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
